Vanilla Power Smoothie Bowl            

Time: 5 Minutes    Serves: 1                                                        Ingrediants;                                                                                                       -2 frozen bananas, sliced **                                                                         -1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use GNC PureEgde Vegan Protein in Natural Vanilla)                                                                         -3 tbsp milk of choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)               Toppings: sliced strawberries, blueberries, almond granola, coconut flakes, and peanut butter

I love making smoothie bowls for breakfast, especially when it is super hot outside! It is the perfect thing to wake up to in the morning... Super refreshing, flavorful, colorful, and packed with power.

1.  In a small bowl, mix together protein powder and plant based milk. It should create a paste.

2. Add bananas into high speed blender (Vitamix's work great!), along with your protein mixture.

3. Blend until bananas are fully broken down and the consistency is thick and smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides once or twice.

4. Place smoothie into your bowl of choice, and decorate as desired.

5. Enjoy! ♡ 

** For a sweeter taste, make sure your bananas are very ripe before you freeze them. Also, since this recipe has minimal liquid in it, the bananas are also best frozen in little chunks; it is easier for your blender to break up!
