Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients; -1 premade pizza crust -about 1 c fresh cauliflower, chopped into tiny florettes -about 1/4 c marinara sauce -3 tbsp hot sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot) -1/2 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice (I like pure maple syrup) -pinch oregano -pinch red pepper flakes -1 tsp nutritional yeast -Optional: chopped pepper, sliced tomato, spinach (I like to put spinach under the cauliflower, it makes the colors pop!)
1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
2.) Chop cauliflower into tiny, bite size florettes and set aside. I like to make mine about 1 inch or smaller, because I find it cooks faster and is easier to eat.
3.) In a medium mixing bowl, mix together hot sauce, sweetener, oregano and red pepper flakes.
4.) Add chopped cauliflower to bowl and toss until all florettes are evenly coated in sauce.
5.) Pour buffalo cauliflower onto prepared baking sheet, and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
6.) Begin assembling pizza while cauliflower cooks: spread out marinara sauce evenly, and sprinkle nutritional yeast on top. Add desired toppings.
7.) Once cauliflower is cooked (it should be almost tender), add to top of pizza.
8.) Cook pizza for about 5-10 minutes. If you like a crispy crust, cook pizza for a longer time, and if you like a softer crust, cook pizza for less time. I tend to cook mine for about 8 minutes.
9.) Serve hot out of the oven and enjoy! ♡
